When life asks a lot of you

Parent, professional, caregiver, friend: each role comes with its own demands, and they rarely take turns. When it all piles up, overwhelm sets in and your emotions can feel hard to balance. A session gives you a safe space to pause, put words to what you’re feeling and find a more balanced self again, with gentle support along the way.

Self-awareness first, remedies second

Dr Edward Bach developed his flower remedies in the 1930s as a gentle, complementary practice for emotional wellbeing. I use them as a prompt: the conversation about what you are feeling, and why, is as valuable as the bottle you take home. My approach is rooted in self-care, curiosity and zero judgement.

The 38 remedies

Dr Bach grouped his 38 remedies into seven emotional themes. Each one is linked to a state of mind, such as fear, doubt, loneliness or overwhelm. This is here for curiosity, not for self-diagnosis. In a consultation, we choose together what fits you.

What’s in your remedy
Thirty-seven of the 38 Bach remedies are made from wild flowers, trees and plants, whose essence, in Dr Bach’s tradition, is carried in water. The exception is Rock Water, which is made from natural spring water. Your blend is mostly water with the remedies, plus a very small amount of alcohol that acts as a preservative.
